50 years ago, my parents, Alec​ and Margaret Fuller were married.  They were married at Nant y Glyn Methodist Church in Colwyn Bay, which was followed by a honeymoon in Scotland.  Dad said that he'd recently bought a new car so very few people actually knew which car was his; so in true 60s / 70s film style, they changed and left the reception to go straight away, but without the banners and cans tied to the back.
